At Tetra Dream, we believe that every order deserves careful handling and complete transparency. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

During promotional events or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.


Estimated Delivery Times

Italy: 5–9 business days

Europe: 6–10 business days

International: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your package has been dispatched.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment.

From time to time, we may offer promotional free shipping on selected products or order values.


Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number.

Tracking information is sent automatically by email after shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to update the address, modifications cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the fulfillment process.


Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


Delivery Delays

Although we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or national holidays.

We appreciate your patience should these situations occur.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and work toward a suitable solution.


Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.

There are no additional shipping charges for split deliveries.
